Dear foreign residents living in Akita,
We will have a cooking lesson of ‘Kyaraben’for foreign residents living in Akita.
“Kyaraben”which stands for “character bento” is a packed lunch with colorful decoration to look like some popular characters.
A nutritionist will demonstrate the knack of making Kyaraben easily and delightfully and will show how to make rabbit-shaped rice ball, sushi with bear’s face etc.
